We collect only the minimum data required to facilitate virtual queue management and account operations:

• Personal & Contact Information

  Name and phone number when joining queues or registering a business account. Phone numbers on public boards and customer screens are strictly masked to prevent unauthorized exposure.

• Google Account Information

  If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your basic public profile details (Name, Email address, and Google Subject ID) for authentication. We never access your contacts or private files.

• Push Notification Tokens

  With your explicit browser permission, we store web push notification tokens strictly to alert you when your queue turn is approaching. You may revoke this permission at any time in your browser settings.

• Payment Processing Data

  Payments are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI-DSS certified gateway. We never store or process your credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials on our servers.

• Operational & Anti-Abuse Data

  Anonymous device tokens used solely to prevent queue spamming and ensure fair queue allocation, alongside service interaction timestamps.

3. How We Use & Protect Your Information

We process personal information only for legitimate operational purposes:

• To facilitate secure manager login, passwordless Google authentication, and business queue setup.
• To manage live queue positions, notify customers when their turn arrives, and update public tracking boards with masked details.
• To process subscription payments, upgrades, and issue invoice receipts via Razorpay.
• We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain queue operational data only as long as necessary for business operations. Business managers may permanently delete their account at any time from dashboard settings. Upon deletion, all associated queues, staff accounts, and customer lists are permanently erased from our active databases.

5. Security Measures

We employ industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, phone number masking, and secure database access controls to safeguard your data against unauthorized access.
