By accessing our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Virtual Queue offers subscription-based access to premium features ("Plans"). You agree to pay the recurring fees associated with your selected Plan.
All managed subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term.
You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support within 7 days.
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan during an active billing cycle, the unused portion of your current plan is automatically calculated on a daily pro-rata basis and credited toward the price of your new plan. You only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle.
When you choose to downgrade to a lower-tier plan or the Free plan, the downgrade is scheduled to take effect at the conclusion of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to your existing plan's features and limits until the end of the paid period, and you may cancel a scheduled downgrade at any time before that date.
We may offer a one-time free trial of our Premium features to eligible new accounts without requiring upfront payment details. Free trials are limited to one redemption per business account. Upon expiration of the trial period, access will automatically revert to the Free Plan tier unless a paid subscription is activated.
Your use of the service is subject to the limits of your active Plan tier (including daily queue join limits and active queue counts). If an account lapses or transitions to a smaller plan tier, customers already waiting in the queue remain unaffected and can be served as normal. However, new customer joins beyond the plan's daily limit will be blocked for the remainder of the day, and extra active queues beyond the plan allowance will be locked rather than deleted.
The materials on Virtual Queue's application are provided on an 'as is' basis. Virtual Queue makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Virtual Queue or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Virtual Queue's application.
